YAM Studios is seeking a junior/mid-weight interior designer to join its team in London.
YAM Studios is an interior design practice specialising in contemporary minimalist residential projects.
We are looking for a junior or mid-weight interior designer to join our small team in Covent Garden. The job will be to work with us creating interior schemes, technical drawings and communicating this to clients through presentations and meetings.
A key aspect for us is a love for the contemporary minimalist design aesthetic – see our website to get a feel for this.
Other aspects we are looking for include:
- experience with a CAD program, Vectorworks is a plus
- interior design qualification
- experience with InDesign and Photoshop
- technical knowledge of plans, elevations, joinery, electrical and lighting
- knowledge of furniture, finishes and fittings brands
Applications should include a CV and portfolio, demonstrating technical CAD skills, as well as your design abilities. An example of a mood board would be a plus.
