Mid-level/senior CAD technicians
at Design Haus Liberty
Design Haus Liberty is seeking mid-level and senior CAD technicians to join its studio in London, UK.
We are currently in search of mid-senior level CAD technicians with a minimum three-five years of experience to assist on two schemes: an exciting new project with a well-known developer in Dubai and the delivery of over one million square feet of commercial fit – out in Guangzhou, China. The role will include responsibility for technical delivery, coordination with local architects, and working closely within a design team of three-four individuals.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in delivering commercial fit-outs from stage 3 into stage 4 drawing sets as well as excellent technical detailing in AutoCAD. You will work as a mid-senior level CAD technician alongside our in-house design team to oversee the delivery of projects and will be responsible for reviewing drawing sets produced by the local architect of record. You must be comfortable in AutoCAD and confident in your design delivery skills. Mandarin and/or Arabic speaking is a plus, but not a requirement.
