Duffy London is seeking a production and operations manager to join its team.

Duffy London is a design and manufacturing company based in east
London, designing some of the worlds most cutting-edge concepts and
pieces within the furniture world.

Designs are ideas-based, combining art and function and playing with
the concepts of gravity, geometry and illusion.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• oversee orders from start to finish
• proposals, information, quotes, invoicing, conversing with clients
  around the world
• ordering components and products from manufacturers
• overseeing projects and working closely with our in-house manufacturing team
• quality control and product completion timings
• arranging shipping and deliveries worldwide
• assist in the day to day running of the studio

Skills and experience:

• professional degree in business, product manufacture and accounting
  or any other associated field
• a minimum of two years post graduate experience in a similar role
• excellent knowledge of business and associated computer packages
• proven skills in employee management
• marketing skills would be held in high regard
• perfect spoken and written communication skills in English. Other
  languages are a plus.

Personal skills:

• enthusiastic, ambitious, creative, and punctual
• ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
• in line with present UK working requirements, all candidates are required to provide proof of eligibility to work within the UK
