Senior architect

Archio is looking for a senior architect to join its team in London.
Archio is an architecture practice based in east London, we have a track record in affordable housing and community-led projects. Our brilliant team is growing and we are looking for a new architect to join us.
We are looking for a senior project architect with at least four/five years’ experience post-Part 3.
The candidate must demonstrate experience of:
- coordinating a consultant design team
- producing detailed design information for a multi-unit housing project
- acting as the primary client contact
- running a project through the construction stage of a design and build contract
- working knowledge of Revit
The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with detail design during construction, administration of contracts, building regulation compliance, project programming and on-site delivery and quality control.
Additionally, the candidate will have attention to detail and experience of working from design development through to managing construction contracts.
Knowledge of UK building regulations, construction technology, UK planning policies and procurement methods, as well as good communication and organisational skills, are essential.
