Falconer Chester Hall Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
Falconer Chester Hall Architects is looking for an experienced Part 2 architectural assistant to join its growing London office. The candidate must have good drawing skills and a basic knowledge of detailed working drawings to assist on new building and refurbishment projects throughout London and the wider area.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- preparing and/or amending architectural drawings at all project stages, including production information
- compiling presentation/planning documents/site reports
- liaising with outside consultants, contractors and clients, if required
- working within a team on multiple projects, if required
Education, skills and experience:
- RIBA Part 2 candidate and/or global equivalent degree with a minimum of one year’s post Part 2 experience
- you must be highly proficient in 2D drafting (Microstation preferred, but not essential) and have a good knowledge of Photoshop and Sketchup
- experience at using Revit is also advantageous
