Charcoalblue is seeking an events space design manager to join its team in London.
Charcoalblue is widely regarded as the most exciting and innovative specialist theatre, events, and AV consultancy in the world. Since our foundation in the UK in 2004, Charcoalblue is now the largest organization of its kind. We have studios in London, Bristol, Glasgow, New York, Chicago and Melbourne and a distributed workforce based across the UK, USA, and Australia.
Our Charcoalblue service consists of teams of embedded design managers, project managers and AV consultants for key international clients, predominately working on events and experience spaces.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced events space design manager to join Charcoalblue team based at our client’s offices in London. Due to COVID-19, this post will be remote-based until further notice.
The role will involve collaborating with architectural project teams to deliver world leading spaces. The client has a growing portfolio of work across the world, and the successful candidate will interface with our current design managers as well as counterparts in the client’s London offices.
You will oversee the client requirements and design of events production spaces by being actively involved in design team meetings, providing subject matter expert advice to guide the architecture team, and being an ambassador for Charcoalblue. You will undertake a wide range of design tasks and will be required to use your own initiative and to be self-motivated as well as working collaboratively.
