Project manager
Evans Turner (Finishes) are specialists in the fabrication and installation of high-quality architectural finishes to the lift and escalator industry in the UK and internationally.
We are seeking to recruit a talented and proven project manager on a permanent basis. This rewarding and accountable role will take responsibility for delivering major long-term projects across central London.
Key responsibilities will include client relationship management with key client stakeholders and architects on and off the project site, working alongside the design managers to deliver projects on one or more sites, providing a vital interface to the customer and their representatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the lift industry and knowledge of working with high quality architectural finishes.
Your personal attributes will include determination, adaptability, ability to remain calm under pressure, problem-solving and delegation skills and the necessary credibility and gravitas to motivate and lead others.
Ideally you will have:
- lift industry experience
- an excellent eye for detail and proven communication skills
- a degree in architecture, mechanical engineering or similar
- proficient in AutoCAD
- strong design sensibility and the ability to translate concept design into a buildable project
- ability to self-manage and work within a team
- previous experience leading a team and managing projects
