Conran and Partners is seeking a BIM or CAD manager to join its team in London.
Conran and Partners is looking for a BIM/CAD manager to come and join its busy and creative studio to lead the BIM/CAD set up, standards development and implementation across studios in London and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities of the BIM/CAD manager will include studio wide as well as individual project setup and establishing delivery strategies to develop workflows for the project, maintaining project BIM models and associated BIM support documents, managing BIM deliverables and assistance with the project delivery. The BIM/CAD manager will also need to lead on assisting the practice gain BIM Level 2 accreditation.
The BIM manager shall provide ongoing training and support to interior and architectural teams in the use of BIM tools and workflows including continuous quality control to check adherence to company standards for all design output.
The successful candidate will automate routines in BIM to support standards and increase productivity, create and maintain template files to assure standards, create Revit families in response to project needs and set standards for visual appearance of BIM output and implement set up to facilitate required aesthetic output.
The BIM Manager will require advanced knowledge and experience of CAD applications and practices, and complete the transition from Microstation to AutoCAD for 2D projects including the initial AutoCAD setup and Autocad training for staff.
This is a full-time position. All candidates should be eligible to work in the UK.
