Design Haus Liberty is seeking a Part 3 interior architect ideally with retail experience to join its team in London.

We are looking for a strong Part 3 to initially focus on an exciting retail interior project in London to join our tight knit team and hit the ground running. You will work with our directors to form design concepts in both 3D and 2D drawings, as well as assist in creating mood boards, researching materials and executing design details for construction. It is a role offering an all-rounded experience including concept design, detailed design, tender drawings and construction. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working to tight timelines in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will have:
- a minimum of three to five years’ experience
- proven ability in working independently to deadlines and project deliverables
- comfortable with Rhino, AutoCAD and the Adobe Suite programs.
- experience in budget management, cost control and finding value-engineering solutions
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work remotely or in the office with the same ease
- strong creativity and ability to resolve construction details
- proven technical capability in delivering detailed drawing sets
- experience in site construction
- ideally to have experience in FFE and procurement
Salary: £35,000-45,000
