Architectural technician/BIM coordinator
at Modulor Studio
Modulor Studio is seeking an architectural technician/BIM coordinator to join its practice in London on a permanent basis.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and organized individual to join our team and to work on technical stage on a range of residential & shared living projects, and to perform in-house BIM coordinator/manager role. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong track record working in Revit to BIM level 2 standard on UK multi-unit residential projects throughout RIBA stages 4-6.

Essential skills and experience:
- qualified architectural technician/technologist with over three years’ PQE working in the UK on quality residential projects
- proficiency using REVIT/AutoCAD and a clear understanding of BIM level 2 requirements (third party ‘BIM certification for individual’ would be an advantage)
- good knowledge of UK building regulations, construction systems, processes and legislation
- experience working on quality residential projects on RIBA work stages of 4-5 tender, technical and construction packages
- experience liaising with consultants and team members to ensure full coordination of a project throughout RIBA stage 4 to completion
- excellent oral and written English language along with exceptional interpersonal skills
- meticulous, articulate and self-assured in client/contractor facing scenarios
Desired skills and experience:
- creating and updating office Revit and CAD standards-compliant with the BS and ISO
- creating Revit families, view templates and interlinking schedules
- creating office Revit and CAD in-house training documents
- researching and specifying products, components and aligning details to the specification using NBS
- working knowledge of Enscape
