Greenway Architects is seeking Part 3 architects and experienced Part 2 assistants to join its London based office in Hampstead.

We are a design led practice who specialise in the design and implementation of unique high quality houses for private owner occupiers. Our projects consist of new build and substantial refurbishment schemes across central London and the surrounding counties. Offering a strong emphasis on Interiors as well as the architecture, we take pride in the high level of detail produced across all elements of a project.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced senior architects and be given a high level of responsibility on which to thrive. You will be working through all RIBA work stages of large residential projects under traditional contracts providing excellent project experience on exciting residential projects.
Required qualifications and experience:
- ARB registered architect with a minimum of two years’ post-Part 3 project experience in the UK
- architectural assistant with a minimum of five years’ post-Part 2 project experience in the UK
- experience in the residential sector essential
- excellent design skills using a range of 2D and 3D design platforms
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- experience working across all RIBA work stages
- experience in working with traditional JCT Contracts
- excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and planning procedures
- excellent attention to detail
Technical skills:
- Vectorworks, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop & MSOffice
- excellent design and presentation skills
- excellent organisational skills, time management and versatility
You will be based at our Hampstead studio but may be required to travel as necessary. Salary will be commensurate with ability and experience.
