Philicima Design Studios is seeking a CAD technician m/f/d to join its team in Munich or Kitzbühel.

The design of our properties is shaped by our groups internal design studio, Philicima Design Studios, based in Kitzbühel (AT) and Munich (DE).
As a CAD technician at Philicima Design Studios, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects from concept stage through to completion and become part of a dynamic, passionate team.
Key responsibilities:
- implement bespoke interior designs for residential projects
- develop floorplans, 2D and 3D views for the design and execution phases of a project
- development of technical solutions and design details with various materials such as stone, wood and metal
- provide detailed drawings for furniture, interior designs, wall structures and other furnishing and fixtures
What we expect
- completed degree or equivalent technical illustration work experience of minimum two years
- proficiency in CAD Software (especially ArchiCad)
- familiar with Adobe and other illustration software
- demonstrate close attention to detail
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in German and English
- creativity and enthusiasm for designing layouts and organising technical illustrations
- commitment to efficiently work as a team player with the dedication of creating inspiring living experiences
