Satish Jassal Architects is hiring an architect to join its practice in London.
We are architects based in King Cross, London. We are looking for a qualified RIBA Part 3 architect with strong design skills and an interest in how buildings are crafted together.
The role involves running residential projects ranging from five to 50 homes through all stages, giving excellent overall experience and an important position to the right individual.
Essential skills:
- must be full RIBA part 3 qualified
- excellent communication skills (fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential)
- strong design skills, including detailing
- understanding of the building regulations and UK planning system
- ability to produce construction documentation
- working with other professionals
- UK office experience
- Adobe Creative Suite
- creative problem solving and ability to present options
- a conscientious person who cares about their work
Advantageous skills:
- contract administration
- the ability to hand-sketch

- Archicad and Artlantis

- client facing
- NBS specifications
- site experience
