Studio Unltd is seeking an intermediate interior designer to join its team in Los Angeles.
Studio Unltd, an award-winning interior design firm located in Los Angeles, is currently seeking a diligent and creative intermediate interior designer to assist with a variety of restaurant/ hospitality projects. Only candidates with hospitality experience will be considered.
The minimum requirements for the candidate:
- bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture from an accredited institution
- must have over three years’ commercial design office employment
- exhibit strong design/ concept ability
- experience in developing construction documents, including detailing, for multiple projects
- hospitality interior experience
- demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- demonstrate the ability to manage projects
- strong interest and grasp on lighting design a plus
- must be flexible to work independently and as a team
- skills: AutoCAD, Photoshop, In-Design, SketchUp, Word/Excel and Hand Sketching. Additional 3D rendering skills, such as V-Ray, are a plus
- strong sourcing knowledge for materials and FF&E required
