CuldeSac is currently seeking industrial designers with a minimum of five-year relevant industry experience to join our growing team.

The role will enable the designer to have full creative freedom, participating in a broad and challenging range of projects focused on sustainable and innovative solutions.

Who we’re looking for

We understand that this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for a promising talent with relevant agency experience, business-focused mind and ready for a challenging opportunity. Joining an exceptional creative team you will be the sole responsible for developing a relevant portfolio of clients and outstanding outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • proactively seeking and evaluating commercial and partnership opportunities together with business development team
  • actively engaging in networking, PR activities associated with your field of expertise
  • manage strategic direction across branding, design language and concept designs
  • research of sustainable materials and industrial solutions focused on improving general living standards
  • manage a network of international suppliers and factories, including regular meetings and trips abroad

Essential skills and abilities:

  • a minimum of five years’ industry experience in leading agencies is essential strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your product design process and breadth of design work
  • excellent communications and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to generate stunning visual proposals and represent the company at all levels
  • design for production: Good knowledge of production processes and materials, suppliers industrial manufacturers/artisans
  • fluency in English mandatory, other languages (Spanish) are positively considered
