Architectural technician
at Robinson van Noort
Robinson van Noort is seeking an architectural technologist to join its team in London.
The majority of our projects are in London and the south of England with a range of buildings types from new builds through to the significant reconfiguration, refurbishment and additions of contemporary and period buildings.
Applicants must have a real love for residential interiors and good UK construction and technical knowledge. You will join team of six and be instrumental in delivering exceptional designs for our clients. There is also a further opportunity to be part of a new business venture that launches in September 2023.
Responsibilities:
- be very supportive to the team and offer up new technical ideas
- produce high quality modelling and drawing packages
- be organised and proactive when dealing with clients, consultants and contractors
We are looking for candidates who have:
- a design led and well-presented portfolio
- exceptional modelling skills in SketchUp and creating drawing packages in Layout
- experience specifying for interior schemes
- experience producing presentations with a proficiency in using Adobe Suite of softwares
- exceptional CAD skills in using AutoCad
- some understanding of video editing softwares like Final Cut pro/premier pro
- good understanding of the technical/building regulations in the UK
- minimum of three years’ experience within the residential sector in the UK
We can offer you:
- salary – £35,000+ per annum (or in line with candidate’s skill and experience)

- hours 930am-630pm
- depending on the candidate there is an opportunity to work from our Bloomsbury or Crystal Palace studios or from your home
