Tonkin Liu is seeking a Part 2/3 architect to join its team in London.
Tonkin Liu is looking for a Part 3 architect/experienced Part 2 candidate to join its team. We would like the candidate to have a high degree of architectural literacy and a passion for architecture, art, and nature.
We are an innovative London-based architecture studio with a highly acclaimed portfolio of finely crafted buildings, landmark public sculptures and regenerative urban landscapes. We are the recipient of 17 RIBA awards, the 2018 Stephen Lawrence prize, and a selected RIBA role model practice.
Candidates should ideally have experience in a small to medium design studio and describe evidence of practical experience in delivering projects through RIBA Work Stages one to five.
Cover letters must be provided and must include evidence of:
- hands-on experience during technical design and construction stages
- advanced 3D modelling skills using Rhino
- drafting skills using Vectorworks
Required skills:
- advanced 2D and 3D skills – Vectorworks and Rhino are necessary
- superb organisational skills
- advanced and proven construction detailing experience
- high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- ability to work imaginatively and rigorously, both independently and in a team
- fluency in written and verbal English
- minimum three years experience Post-Part 2
