Kaminsky Arkitektur is seeking an architect to join its practice in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Job description
As an architect at Kaminsky Architecture, you work in different types of projects and phases. Today we have a broad project portfolio in different scales and stages. As we are not divided into studios, it is possible to work in various projects such as schools, preschools, housing projects, urban development, office adaptations, new construction of offices, land allocation competitions, parallel assignments, and specific sustainability projects in areas such as recycling. As part of Kaminsky Architecture, you will be involved in realizing our vision of designing buildings that make people happy and have a minimal ecological footprint.
About us
Kaminsky Architecture is an award-winning architectural firm with 50 employees in Gothenburg and Stockholm. The head office (which has been nominated for Sweden’s most beautiful office) is in a culturally marked shipowner’s villa from 1917 in central Gothenburg. In Stockholm, we are currently sitting in nice premises on Östermalm in the office hotel Alma. We work closely together and are convinced that participation and collaboration, where everyone’s unique skills and personality really come to the fore, not only creates job satisfaction, but also fantastic projects. We are covered by a collective agreement between Almega Tjänsteföretagen and Sveriges Arkitekter.
About you
We are looking for a new colleague who have an unusually strong design ability, who are passionate about sustainable and inspiring architecture. You have participated in architectural competition with documented good result. You are motivated by and easily create good relationships with colleagues and clients. You contribute to a good atmosphere with transparent environment. We value drive and high energy levels, combined with an ability to create architecture with an artistic dimension. Experience in some of the following programs: Auto CAD, sketch up, Rhino, Revit and Adobe applications are an advantage, but not a requirement.
