Formation Architects is seeking a technical architect/technologist to join its team in London.
Formation Architects require an enthusiastic architect/technologist with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience to join our heritage and high-end design team.
You must have a proven track record and proficient knowledge of traditional detailing, drawing, specifications and materials.
The qualifications required for this position are as follows:
- minimum three years’ experience post RIBA Part 3 (or equivalent)
- excellent computer skills
- experienced use and great knowledge of AutoCAD and NBS Chorus are essential
- thorough understanding of design and detailing issues on Grade II Listed buildings
- strong technical knowledge at detail and subcontractor stages
- flexible and committed attitude to work
- candidates should be fluent in written and spoken English
- punctual and able to work on own or as part of a team
- able to organise and complete work to set deadlines
