Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design is seeking a junior FF&E specialist to join its team in Utrecht, Netherlands.

Our international team of over 45 creative professionals is looking for a junior FF&E specialist who can help us to fulfill interior design projects to the highest standards.
Junior FF&E specialist reports to styling head and works as an independent member of project teams, at multiple projects at a time.
The candidate liaises with designers and stylists on needs for:
- interior materials, both standard and custom. Carpets, flooring, wall furnishing, curtains, sheers, ceiling paneling, others
- furniture items, standard and semi-custom: seating furniture, beds, tables, cabinets, others
- products, standard and semi-custom: sanitary products, hardware for furniture and interiors, light fixtures, decorative objects, tableware, others
Tasks:
- collection of samples (materials, items) and organization of all related internal and external logistics, including administration, storage and retrieval
- effective communication with suppliers and colleagues
- creation of accurate project documentation on the above per project (material-, hardware-, sanitary-, product- and light fixture lists) by MS Office suite software
- creation of presentations for clients on the above materials and items physically and/or by Adobe suite software
Qualifications:
- one to two years experience as interior designer, stylist and/or FF&E assistant in nautical industry or high-end interior markets, reflected in a recent portfolio
- good knowledge of materials, suppliers, and manufacturers
- good organisation and administrative skills relating directly to project workflow and deadlines
- able to work in a fast paced, international and a highly dynamic environment
- proficient skills with Adobe Suite, Office Suite and English language (understanding of Dutch is a plus)
- responsible, accurate, proactive, sharp eye for detail
- living in or willing to relocate to Netherlands (COVID-19 permitting), a valid EU work permit is required
