Jonathan Tuckey Design is looking for a bid coordinator to join its team in London.
Jonathan Tuckey Design is a creative and vibrant architectural studio based in West London. The team of 25, specialise in remodelling existing buildings of all statures and purposes for radical new uses.
We are looking for candidates who will demonstrate an ability to maintain the practice’s business development activities to secure new projects and help develop the practice’s portfolio. Ideally candidates will be confident in creating clear and engaging material, have an exceptional eye for detail, and have a passion about architecture and design.
Qualifications, qualities and experience:
- ability to produce consistent and engaging bid submissions, proposals, and competition entries
- manage information and coordinate input from external bid team members
- research PQQs and ITTs, and assist with identifying new business opportunities
- monitor tender portals and bid timelines
- record feedback from bid submissions and identify opportunities for improvement
- assist with the preparation of client presentations, project sheets, staff CVs and marketing collateral
- understands good graphical language
- proficient at using Adobe Creative Suite in particular InDesign
- motivated and detail-orientated
- excellent time management and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- confident, with good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- prior experience working in an architecture/design practice is helpful
