Good Design and Build is looking for a project architect to join its team in London.
We are small and growing design and build studio based in Chiswick. We specialise in residential extensions and refurbishments offering our clients services from concept to completion.
We are currently looking to expand our team and hire a highly motivated chartered RIBA 3 Architect with a flare for design to run current and new projects of Victorian loft conversions and kitchen extensions.
We are looking for someone with excellent design capabilities for residential projects, knowledge of planning process, previous experience with Victorian residential projects, good people skills and AutoCAD proficiency. The job will require you to design home extensions that exceed our client expectations, coordinate with local authorities, manage design, planning application process, technical designs and on site queries from build teams.
The position is full time and will be exciting for someone who is looking to grow with our company and become a core team member. There is also opportunity of commission based extra income on additional works.
