Patrick Wilson Architects is looking for architects to join its team in Wigan, UK.
Patrick Wilson Architects are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and brave architects, who dare to be different to join our practice.
You will work closely with the senior team on a wide range of projects. These currently include bespoke houses, cultural institutions and conservation projects.
You’ll be expected to be working on any of these projects at any point in their development. This could be from brief writing and business planning through to the preparation and administration of construction information.
Contract type
Full-time, with a three-month probationary period. Part-time and flexible working will be actively considered, and terms will be discussed with all candidates invited for interview
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch, and flexible hours for childcare arrangements.
Annual Leave
Annual 28 days pro-rated holiday entitlement, including bank holidays. Our office is closed between 25th – 31st December inclusive and this does not count towards your holiday allowance

Your skills and experience:
- post-Part 3 experience in an architectural practice or relevant other place of work is essential
- BIM, REVIT experience is preferable.
- confident image and document making abilities (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, drawing, collage)
- model-making experience
- good communication skills and the ability to manage one’s own time
