Part 1 architectural assistant

SODA is seeking a Part 1 architectural assistant to join its growing team in central London.
SODA is different from other practices. We are a collaborative team that brings together architecture, interior design and graphics.
It is a busy time for our creative team and we are looking for an exceptional and talented individual to join us.
We are looking for:
- strong design and communication skills
- creative flair and a conceptual approach to design
- ability to work well as part of a team
- capability and willingness to collaborate, innovate and learn
- strong skills in 2D and 3D software (AutoCAD/SketchUp/V-Ray/Adobe Creative Suite)
- experience in sourcing materials, finishes and furniture, and presenting and scheduling FF&E
- experience in preparing presentations and technical packages of work
- ability to independently produce presentation worthy CGIs and strong visualisation skills
- ideally some experience in tender packs and fit out schemes
- ideally some experience with fit out for hospitality and commercial
