Lawson Ward Studio is looking for Part 2 or experienced Part 1 architectural assistants to join our growing team.
Lawson Ward Studio is an emerging London-based architecture and design studio. Established by Hannah Lawson and Georgina Ward in 2020, the studio has experience of small to large scale projects creating places to live, to work and learn. Our team’s work has been recognised with numerous awards including Hannah herself being awarded the inaugural Emerging Woman in Architecture award in 2012.
We are looking for talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant/Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join our small team. The role will involve working on a variety of RIBA stages, from concept design to technical stages on a number of exciting projects. We are currently working on a new community hall in South London, a masterplan for a leading independent school, a number of private residential projects and proposals for a leading London Gallery.
What we are looking for:
- excellent visual and graphic presentation skills
- enthusiasm and the ability to work well as part of a team
- well-organised and able to take initiative
- strong visual and verbal communication skills
- excellent CAD skills, which ideally will include knowledge of MicroStation and Revit
- a genuine passion for architectural design
