About new avenue

New Avenue is pioneering a new vision for housing in America and a new model for designing and building industry. We are an employee owned, technology start up with financing, operations and other core business functions that allow us to create the most interesting and impactful residential projects.

We manage residential projects from the initial call through a comprehensive design and construction process. The entire process is centred on the homeowner and our goal is to create a home that will be a source of health, happiness, and value throughout your lifetime and for generations to follow. We do this with a focus on quality, transparency, sustainability and improving the built environment through design excellence.

Our core values

Access

Housing is a right and we increase and democratize access to quality homes and neighborhoods

Health and sustainability

We design homes that address sustainability in three ways: environmental, social, and economic. Two of the most important factors in a sustainable healthy home is where you live and who you live with. We design to maximize quality of life – both for our client, our neighborhoods, and the global environment. First we expand access to ownership in the most sought after neighborhoods, then we design for increased connection to family and neighbors, then we decrease energy use and improve materials.

Design excellence

We want you to lead as we create an exciting future for our cities and suburbs. We work within the urban boundary to densify our communities.  We custom design and custom build all projects because each property and existing building is unique. Creating new housing in existing cities entails a wide range of architectural styles, uses, and project types.

Remote work

New Avenue has been a work-from-from home culture since before the days of Covid. Local site visits and city permitting research is often required to be done in-person, however this is flexible and some fully remote positions are available.
