Mid-weight and senior interior designer
at Angus Reid Projects
Angus Reid Projects is seeking a full time senior and mid-weight interior designer to join its team in London.
Angus Reid Projects is a thriving design studio based in Notting Hill, West London. We are a fast-paced, fun studio with a growing team of bright passionate designers. Nominated as one of House and Garden’s up-and-coming studios, we are looking to grow the core team. The candidate will have a minimum of five years’ industry experience and be accustom to managing multiple projects from concept to completion.
Key responsibilities:
- client presentations including mood boards, 2D drawings, materials and sample boards
- sourcing furniture, including antiques
- designing bespoke joinery and furniture
- joinery drawings and packages
- 2D drawings for construction
- lighting and electrical design and drawings
- managing procurement and FF&E schedules and budgets
- on site management and delivery of projects
Skills and experience:
- a relevant professional qualification in interior design or interior architecture
- a minimum of five years’ experience working in high-end residential interior design
- AutoCAD
- knowledge of Studio Designer or Estimac
- Microsoft Office suite
- SketchUp
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- able to work across multiple projects, and manage projects from concept through to completion
