Architect/interior architect
at BetterPAD
BetterPAD is seeking an experienced architect or interior architect to join its small team in London.
We work on residential refurbishment projects under three brands in different places in the market; BetterPAD, BetterPAD Lite and Duffy Studio. We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented architect or interior architect to work with the director on Duffy Studio projects, and simultaneously run two to three BetterPAD projects.
Essential skills and experience:
- worked on all project stages of mid-high end London refurbishment and extension projects
- developed interior architecture packages such as; kitchens, bathrooms and joinery
- carried out CA role on JCT Minor Works contract
- fluent in Vectorworks
- fluent in Adobe suite
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop rapport with clients and consultants
- excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Desirable, but not essential:
- experience with SketchUp
- experience with ArchiCAD
- ability to produce high quality renders
