Brookes Architects is seeking an experienced job running architect to join its team in London.
If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a medium-sized practice and to play a meaningful role, being responsible for leading the delivery of significant projects, we want to hear from you.
We are located in south west London, close to Richmond Park, with our office in The Grange at The Bank of England Sports Club, Roehampton.
We work on a broad range of primarily residential projects from one-off bespoke houses to large multi-storey developments with mixed use commercial and community elements, student housing, hotels and more recently various educational projects.
The successful candidate will have at least five years’ post-Part 3 experience and be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering projects through all RIBA work stages.
Essential requirements:
- a sound knowledge of the planning process and legislation and current and emerging statutory/building regulations
- demonstrable experience working on UK residential projects
- experience of producing planning and construction drawings using Revit. We were early adopters of Revit, developing our own in-house systems and ongoing training
- strong communication skills with fluent verbal and written English

Salary will be agreed commensurate with experience in line with the RIBA salary guide with London weighting.
