Experienced technical architect

William Matthews Associates is looking for an architect to join its studio in London.
The candidate should have a minimum five years’ experience post-Part 3 and strong Revit skills.
About us
William Matthews Associates is an award winning architecture practice with offices in London and Paris.
The studio has worked in the UK and internationally on a range of cultural, commercial and infrastructure commissions, completing critically acclaimed projects such as the Tintagel Castle Footbridge which was shortlisted for the 2021 RIBA Stirling Prize, and won the inaugural Royal Fine Art Commission Building Beauty Award 2022.
The practice has earned international recognition, winning multiple architectural competitions in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and North America. Our work has been widely published in the UK and internationally.
Current projects include a new workshop for luxury goods in the Midlands; a new bridge in Brno, Czech Republic; a prominent piece of infrastructure for HS2 at Euston Station, and a range of prestigious hospitality and commercial projects in the UK and abroad.
Candidates must:
- bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to a collaborative studio environment
- have a strong technical background, with experience producing detailed RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 design packages
- be highly proficient in Revit
- experience with Rhino and Grasshopper would be highly desirable
- communicate clearly and confidently in English; additional languages are a plus
- demonstrate excellent design skills and a genuine passion for creating outstanding architecture
