Part 3 architect
at CDS
CDS is hiring a Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
CDS are an in-house design studio of a central London developer with our own contractor team. We are working on a range of contemporary bespoke residential and large student accommodation/co-living schemes requiring fast-paced, enthusiastic individuals with design flair and an eye for detail. The role requires continuous client and contractor communication with a focus on making designs a reality through our building team.
We are interested to hear from Part 3 architects with:
- Familiarity with Rhino (essential)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe creative suite
- Revit proficiency
- Interest in how complex, expressive architecture is realised through advanced manufacturing techniques
- Interest in interiors and product design
