Luke Halls Studio is looking for a production assistant to join our London team full time at our Bermondsey studio.
Luke Halls Studio is a BAFTA award winning design studio that creates visuals for concerts, theatre shows, broadcast and public art installations.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects ranging from west end musicals and national operas to arena touring concerts and live event broadcasts. Our multidisciplinary studio has produced projection and video design for Beyoncé; Adele; Dua Lipa; Rolling Stones; U2; Muse and The Pet Shop Boys. A few theatre credits include West Side Story on Broadway; Everyone’s Talking About Jamie, The Moderate Soprano and Frozen on the West End; The Lehman Trilogy, Antony and Cleopatra, Man and Superman and Ugly Lies the Bone at the National; Opera work includes Don Giovanni (The Royal Opera House), Otello (Metropolitan Opera) and Carmen (Bregenz Lake Stage).
What you’ll do
As a production assistant you’ll work alongside the production team to facilitate the creation of experiential visuals on an international scale. You will be based at our Bermondsey studio supporting our multidisciplinary team of designers. You will be working closely with creative director Luke Halls to manage his diary and assist in booking international travel.

What you’ll need
- wxcellent time management and organisational skills to ensure all studio projects run smoothly on a daily basis
- proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
- a hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems
- excellent communication skills
- ability to remain level-headed in high pressure environments
- able to travel to our Bermondsey studio on a daily basis
Nice to haves:
- willingness to travel internationally
- the ability to learn new processes and technology quickly
- familiar with Xero accounting software
- previous experience working in a post-production environment
