Mint List is looking for a PR assistant to join its team in Rome.
MINT LIST is a Rome-based PR and communication agency with an innovative and fresh approach, focused on architecture, design, and events related to these disciplines. Founded in 2016, the company comprises a close-knit team of communications experts with a clientele ranging from cultural institutions to internationally renowned architecture and design offices.
We are scouting a talented and motivated PR assistant to join our boutique agency in Rome, with the perspective to become part of the team when the position will be completed. The minimum time period of the position should be six months.
The role entails:
- fully supporting company’s PR strategy and executing it in different phases
- performing research and analysis activities
- organising photoshoots and photography collation
- creating and distributing press packs, collating and filing press
- helping pitch projects, managing inbound press requests
- tracking coverage and monitoring all press
- scheduling and managing social media
- drafting newsletters
- website content management
- build and update media lists and databases
- schedule, coordinate and attend various events
- creating progress reports for clients
The successful candidate:
- has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- has excellent written and verbal English, Italian and/or any other language is a plus
- has outstanding organisational and time management skills
- is a keen learner capable of collaboration and autonomy
- has a background / strong interest in the architectural and design industry
- knowledge of the media landscape would be a plus
We are looking for someone able to join us in our Rome studio and able to physically come to MINT LIST’s office (hybrid working suits too) in order to have more involvement in work, be exposed to a wider range of PR tasks, and receive close mentoring from founders.
