Chargeurs Museum Studio is recruiting a bid and sales analyst to join its team in London.
Chargeurs Museum Studio (CMS) is a worldwide group of companies providing creative and professional services to the cultural and commercial experience markets. Our businesses include the design agencies Event and MET Studio, project management consultancy DesignPM and large-format printers Leach in the UK, specialist fabricators Hypsos in the Netherlands and Design&Production in the USA, and fine art publishers Skira in Milan.
We have an exciting opportunity for a bid and sales analyst based in our London offices, working within our business development and strategy team to support the work of our UK agencies and to help drive the growth of our group.
We’re looking for a versatile team-player, who can help us identify new business opportunities through researching leads, through trends analysis and through data analytics and who can help support our wider sales function through managing our CRM and document libraries and in creating sales content.

Key responsibilities:
- identify, monitor, interpret and forecast trends within our existing market sectors, presenting conclusions to internal stakeholders as required
- work with the director of strategy to identify and plan areas of new opportunity and undertake research studies and produce briefing papers to summarise findings
- gather data about named accounts and the contacts within the accounts, the competitor landscape, and market conditions. Work closely with the bid manager and the marketing and communications manager to improve the quality of data related to leads, contacts and opportunities in the pipeline
- work alongside the bid manager to monitor and examine all tender opportunities arising on platforms such as TED, MyTenders, MuseumInsider and RFP-Leads. Qualify leads and present evaluation to the New Business group
- complete the supplier portal sign-up processes for key strategic clients
- monitor the shared New Business inbox and respond to or redirect enquires as appropriate
- take principal responsibility for data entry for the CRM, ensuring key gaps are filled and ensuring consistency in quality of data entered by all users
- maintain the pitch database alongside the bid manager. Design and conduct ongoing reviews of sales performance, pitch cost, resource expenditure, etc.
- maintain our content library of method statements and bid templates alongside the bid manager
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a business-related subject
- at least two years’ experience working in a similar role in a B2B agency. Creative sector an advantage
- experience working with CRM tools
- proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office and cloud applications
- comfortable working with large data sets and in presenting analysis to a non-data-literate audience
- excellent written English
- ability to work independently, taking initiative and being proactive
- experience working in collaboration with team members/business leaders and communicating upwards to managers and stakeholders
- ability to work flexibly, adapting to new ways of working, collaborating and incorporating other disciplines in development of solutions
- demonstrated drive and capacity to innovate
- excellent time management and ability to balance multiple priorities
- effective communication skills and an ability to exchange ideas coherently and to confidently provide concise insights
