Benoy (Handley House) has an opportunity for a marketing BD presentation designer to join its team in London.

We are looking for a marketing and BD presentation designer, based in London, to join the in-house EMEA marketing and communications team. The focus of the role will be to lead the production of engaging documents and presentations that will be used to pitch to new clients in an effort to secure new, meaningful projects for the studio
Reporting to the head of marketing and communications EMEA, you will have excellent communication skills, with competency in English (both reading and writing). You will be proactive, happy to learn, with excellent typographic and layout skills and be able to confidently produce artwork on brand and to a deadline. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is essential for this role.

What we’re looking for
Skills:
- excellent design package knowledge – proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Premier Pro and/or After Effects for video editing and motion graphics
- confident communicator, able to take ownership of projects and work with people at all levels within the business
- strong typographic and layout skills
- basic photography, video shooting and editing skills an advantage
- ability to follow and work within the parameters of the group brand guidelines – understand the nuances of the design, and work to existing templates
- attention to detail
- ability to meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
Experience:
- a creative thinker who can translate business concepts into dynamic and effective visual a communications
- a confident self-starter who is comfortable working off their own initiative
- work effectively in a team environment, including co-working on projects, co-developing ideas, giving and receiving constructive feedback

Key responsibilities:
- work with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards
- create and further develop current content and documentation, utilising what the team currently have and transferring it into something dynamic, fresh and engaging
- design and produce visual assets for digital platforms and campaigns, such as motion graphics, web banners, infographics, EDMs (electronic direct mail),email footers and social media assets
- design and produce promotional assets and materials such as tote bags, pull-up banners, branded stationary and business cards, liaising with outside suppliers as necessary
- design and produce layouts for print publications
- create, update and maintain a database of key marketing templates for assets such as project sheets, project presentations, bid presentations and staff CVs, adhering to the brand guidelines
