Senior interior designer
Location: Hubert Zandberg Interiors, Soho Works, White City
Job type: full time, permanent
Working hours: 9.00 – 18.00 (including 1h lunch break)
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- contributing to the production of conceptual design idea, undertaking research and development of schemes
- overseeing and reviewing of CAD drawings and details, specifications and other documents relating to a project
- time management and budget management
- responsible for project teams and resources
- checking of project documents, incl drawings, sketches, schedules and specifications
- assist in the preparation of presentations, to include renderings and presentation materials
- meeting with suppliers and manufacturers’ representatives
- meeting with clients, client representatives and contractors
- maintain project files
- travelling abroad as necessary
- atend new business meetings
- development of budget forecasts
- programme generation and execution
- consultant appointments
- design coordination
- specification
- consult coordination
- project team coordination
- design and architectural overseeing and coordination
- client presentations
- client coordination of schemes
- project administration

- conduct and contribute to staff reviews
