Architectural assistant
at Fatkin
Fatkin is looking for Part 2 architectural assistants to join its team in London.
Our current workload is from RIBA stages 1 to 6 and across a range of scales and sectors including healthcare, infrastructure, housing and commercial. We specialise in the design and delivery of technically challenging projects in both new-build and retrofit, for a broad range of public and private sector clients.
Role requirements:
- some experience of Autodesk Revit and an aptitude for learning new skills are essential
- experience of using Adobe Indesign and Photoshop
- experience of using Enscape to produce visualisations would be helpful
- applicants must be eligible to work in the UK
- fluent spoken and written English
- flexible, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
Applications for a full or part-time (minimum 24 hours per week) role are equally welcome. We offer competitive terms with salary subject to experience and a relaxed but hardworking environment. We provide support for Part 3 students including a dedicated practice mentor and extra study leave, and the nature of our work means we can offer the opportunity to play a key role on large-scale projects for major clients but within a small practice environment.
