De Rosee Sa is seeking a project architect to join its team in Lisbon, Portugal.
De Rosee Sa is currently seeking a highly motivated, design orientated project architect. This is an exciting role that will allow you to work on a mixture of residential, hospitality and development projects.
The successful applicant will have a wealth of knowledge of the Portuguese market, running projects effectively and efficiently.
De Rosee Sa are an award-winning, architectural and interior design studio with our head office based in West London, United Kingdom.
Established in 2007 by directors Max de Rosee and Claire Sa, lead an experienced team with a holistic approach to architecture and interior design that is the foundation of the studio’s atmospheric and contextual residential projects.
Key responsibilities:
- manage and coordinate the day to day running of projects
- communicate design issues and solutions directly to clients
- liaise confidently with local consultants, building contractors and authorities
- extensive collaboration of design ideas and continuing to develop the studio’s imaginative ethos
Skills and experience:
- qualified architect with a minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience
- strong job-running experience, preferably in residential and hospitality sectors
- fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English is essential
- full and detailed knowledge of local planning authorities and planning systems
- excellent working knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- demonstrable experience in technical detailing
- excellent time management skills, and an ability to manage conflicting or multiple deadlines
- demonstrable Portugal procurement and construction experience
