50 Degrees North Architects is looking for a Part 2 or Part 3 project architect to join its team in London, UK.
We are seeking a Part 2 or Part 3 project architect with relevant client and project management experience of residential works to join our busy team. AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, MS Office and DTP skills preferred. We are a friendly and vibrant studio in Richmond, southwest London, a five minute walk from Richmond Station (overground/underground), overlooking Kew Gardens. If Part 2, we can develop your skills to Part 3. A good knowledge of building regulations and planning policy is preferred, with a keen design-sensibility and space-planning focus.
We work closely with a range of domestic and developer clients. The successful applicant will be expected to manage a roster of projects at all project stages under the direction of the senior architect team. The work is varied and to be carefully managed using our in-house software and management processes. Design development, liaising with a full range of consultants and internal design team management will be part of the day-to-day.
