Part 2 architectural assistant

Galmstrup Architects is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
We are seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant with minimum three years of experience from practice to work on cultural and heritage projects in the UK and abroad.
Working from our London studio, the architectural assistants will work on design proposals and/or projects stage 1-3. Responsibilities will be varied and range from involvement in meetings and presentations, to preparing drawings and visuals, 3D or physical modelling and preparing reports.
We welcome applicants who can demonstrate strong design and visual communication skills. Someone who have post-Part 2 experience from practice. Someone who is interested in research and processes alongside conceptual design development. Someone who are self-motivated and structured and want to be part of a small growing practice.
Successful applicants will have the following skills and qualifications:
- strong design and visual communication skills
- minimum three years post-Part 2 experience from practice
- interest in research, processes and communities
- proficient in Rhino and the Adobe Suite programmes
- knowledge of MicroStation, AutoCad or Revit
- ability to work autonomous and with others
- fluent spoken and written English
- eligible to work in the UK
- positive, curious and proactive
