Kartell is hiring a sales assistant to join its team in London.
For our London showroom, we are looking for a sales assistant with experience in retail and a desire to challenge oneself in a young and dynamic context to guide the customer in a unique and exclusive customer experience.
The ideal resource corresponds to the following requirements:
- strongly oriented towards achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives agreed with the store manager and with the company
- advise and guide customers, making them live a unique and exclusive experience in the boutique
- has a strong goal and team orientation, demonstrates flexibility, passion and energy at all times of the day
- has a natural service orientation and demonstrates the ability to anticipate customer wishes using developed listening skills and strong empathy
- ambitious and curious, is always ready to acquire new knowledge about the products and the brand, in order to be able to acquire an ever-increasing level of skills
- will take care of the reception, restocking and continuous reordering of the goods in the showroom
- has excellent organisational skills
- is available to work some weekends
Prerequisites:
- higher diploma (or equivalent culture)
- be a sales consultant with previous experience in structured retail contexts
- strong service orientation
- act as a team player, demonstrating flexibility, passion and energy
- openness and dynamism
- honesty and integrity
- digital skills
- at least one year of experience in the consultative sales sector
