Euroterra Capital is seeking an architectural assistant/architect to join its team in London.
Salary – negotiable commensurate with experience

About Us
Euroterra Capital is London’s premier garden square property developer, specialising in development, investing, constructing and operating across all residential sectors, including luxury homes, luxury serviced residences, co-living, serviced apartments and student accommodation.
We are looking for a creative architectural assistant or architect with five years post Part 2 experience and up to three years post-registration to join our growing team and work across a number of residential projects.
Successful applicants should demonstrate a high level of design skill and a working knowledge of construction and project delivery, ideally within the residential sector, together with the following experience/abilities:
The candidate will have the following attributes:
- have excellent knowledge of Autocad, SketchUp and the Adobe Suite
- should Be able to work independently as well as willing to take on responsibility and develop new skills
- a comprehensive understanding of UK Building Regulations and Planning Framework
- an understanding of residential projects and standards in the UK
- experience in both high end residential and heritage projects in the UK construction site experience
- experience with submitting planning applications
- self-motivation, proactivity, initiative and team-working experience
- excellent knowledge in space planning, concept development and detailing methods
- experience in construction and building envelope detailing
- understanding of fitout detailing
- be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- excellent time management skills
- be keen to develop as part of a dynamic team long term
- a team player committed to adding value
- experience of Working with existing buildings to derive the best value
- visiting site to ensure projects are in keeping with the design intent
- ensuring quality and compliance with statutory requirements
