Cassell Tarring is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
Cassell Tarring is looking for a talented Part 2 architectural assistant with a minimum one year post-Part 2 experience. Applicants will need to have a passion for high quality design to support a number of exciting projects, particularly private bespoke residential schemes.
We are a small and ambitious design-led practice with a proven track record of delivering high quality architecture looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to contribute to and be part of the practices ongoing success.
The right candidate will possess a rounded skill set and a willingness to contribute to every stage of the design process from conception to completion. Being a small team, we offer a great platform to gain experience across all the design stages within a working environment that champions your personal development.
The immediate focus will be to support on projects at concept design stage, the submission of planning applications and the production of construction packages whilst assisting live projects on site.
Candidates need to be fluent in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Design Suite, ideally on Apple Mac, with strong design, visualisation and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working on residential projects and have UK experience.
Applicants must be fluent in spoken and written English.
Salary will be competitive based on skills and experience.
Our offices are in Walthamstow, East London.
Start date is as soon as possible.
