Allies and Morrison is hiring a bid coordinator to join its team in London.
Allies and Morrison is an award winning architectural design and urban planning practice based in its own purpose built studios in Bankside, London with studios in Cambridge, Liverpool, Manchester and Dublin.
We are looking for a bid coordinator with a keen interest in architecture and design to join our bids team. We want to interview candidates who know our work and are interested in our approach.
You must have initiative and be creative, flexible and proactive. The focus of the role will be to support our bids managers in the creation of bid documents, awards submissions and associated material about the practice in collaboration with architects, consultants and our in-house communications and graphics teams.
This would suit an early career professional who is keen to grow into a business role within the architecture and design industry. You will be well organised and able to work both independently and as a team player. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite programmes is essential. A working knowledge of Excel is also helpful.
