Interior architect
at Populous
Populous is seeking an experienced interior architect to join its team in London.
The successful candidate will have a strong background working across RIBA Stage 3, Stage 4 and beyond, as well as experience with Revit and project delivery.
The ideal candidate would also have experience working on hospitality projects in the UK, Europe and/or the Middle East.
Responsibilities include:
- working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- developing design concepts and presenting them to clients
- producing detailed drawings and specifications
- managing project timelines and budgets
- coordinating with project runners and other team members
- ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Skills required:
- Revit experience (Knowledgesmart Revit assessment will be offered as part of the interview process)
- hospitality project experience
- Middle Eastern project experience
