There is an opportunity at GRECODECO for a freelance interior architect/draftsperson (Vectorworks) to join its team in London.
Background
GRECODECO is looking for a London-based freelance interior architect/draftsperson (Vectorworks) to assist us in a large deliverables package for our hotel project in Oslo, Norway. We are working with the historic headquarters of the local power authority, built in the 1920s, and converting what is now contemporary office space into a hotel with numerous food and beverage outlets as well as an extensive spa and rooftop lounge and pool. We are reimagining the mostly stripped interior as it was originally, with everything in the same historic style.
Role
Candidates would join the team at their E10 London office from early January 2020 through to August 2020, (with further potential thereafter) assisting in the production of the tender set of information for hotel and public areas, including the drafting and annotating of GAs, RCPs, elevations and detailing of new interventions. This would be a full-time position for this duration.
There would be the possibility of staying on beyond August to complete the joinery packages for the whole project, as well as supplement support for our furniture and lighting designs.
Skillset
Vectorworks proficiency is a must for the candidates, with their own up-to-date 2019 license, plus Acrobat Pro DC. Previous experience in production of high-quality interior design tender packs must be demonstrated, ideally in the hospitality sector. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, as are good communication skills.
