Martin Edwards Architects is seeking a Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
We are looking for a talented, recently RIBA Part 3 qualified architect to join our award-winning creative studio in Shoreditch, London.
Current and recent projects include work in the arts, education, community, workplace and residential sectors, in addition to a number of private houses. We work in London and throughout the UK, both new-build and work to existing buildings – including historic and listed buildings.
Applicants should have technical and detailing skills and a keen interest in developing technical design packages alongside other project roles. You should also have a strong design sensibility and excellent visual communication skills. Some experience of JCT Contract administration and project delivery is also important.
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign skills are essential.
