Bid coordinator

Levitt Bernstein is seeking a bid coordinator to join its team in London, UK.
Levitt Bernstein is looking for a well-organised and confident bid coordinator to work with our managing director, bid manager and senior management team. This is for an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extending.
We are an award-winning design-led architectural practice of 110 people with offices in London and Manchester, working on a broad range of projects across housing, arts, education, health and commercial sectors. Many of our staff are involved in the industry more widely, contributing to debates, undertaking research, speaking at events and writing articles. Our stimulating studio culture also includes regular socials, sports activities and parties.
Duties include:
- coordinate the production and delivery of tender and bid submissions, including drafting of OJEU bids, interview presentations and competition submissions, working closely with our bid manager
- monitor OJEU tenders and competition websites daily
- liaise with clients and external consultants as necessary
- maintain project tracker and statistics on bids and tenders
- assisting the managing director, in relation to business development
- management of the office contacts and projects databases
Skills required:
- advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign
- advanced knowledge of MS Office
- ability to work to deadlines under pressure
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- excellent written and spoken English
- calm and professional manner in all communication
- previous experience of working in a similar professional practice environment is required, preferably in architecture, design or construction
