LEOS International is hiring an interior designer to join its team in Dubai, UAE.

The interior designer will be responsible, but not limited, to the following duties:

• lead the design process for interior projects from concept development to project completion
• develop creative and functional design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives
• produce high-quality design deliverables, including concept presentations, detailed drawings and overlook 3D visualisations
• collaborate with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure design excellence and client satisfaction
• stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging design technologies
• manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards
• coordinate and collaborate with external contractors and suppliers to deliver seamless project execution

Requirements:

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design or a related field
• minimum of five years of progressive experience in interior design, with an impressive portfolio
• proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite – Rhino and Revit will be an advantage
• in-depth knowledge of design principles, materials and construction techniques
• excellent communication, presentation and design skills
• ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• strong organizational abilities
• attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• familiarity with local and international regulations and standards related to interior design
