Collett Design Associates is seeking a part-time/contract architectural technician/Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
We are an architectural and interior design practice with a range of high value private residential and commercial projects in UK and Europe. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic CAD technician to join us and assist with a current large residence.
Key responsibilities:
- completing full drawing sets
- site visits
- management of contractors
Essential skills:
- three to five years’ high-end residential experience is essential
- knowledge of construction methods
- knowledge of planning systems
- knowledge of UK building regulations
- have at least two years’ experience in a UK architecture practice
- fluent in English, verbal and written
- proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, SketchUp and NBS
